Terrible quality for the price. Might as well give you a piece of yarn to wire it up with. I'm actually embarassed to tell people this is what i bought.

I hesitated going to the resort of putting in an electric fence. But after many escapes under the fence, I knew that I had to do something. I have to say that this has done the trick. After putting up flags for the perimeter and my dogs getting shocked once, they quickly learned where the boundaries were. This has removed my anxiety about my dogs getting out. It was easy to install and programmable. You can set different levels for the collar. It has been a game changer. Highly recommended if you have escape artists! C

Great product and works well on my stubborn dog would recommend

My boyfriend and I bought this collar this past weekend because we are having problems with our large dog digging under the fence and escaping the back yard. We decided to purchase this collar hoping that once he was caught outside the perimeter line, he’d learn his lesson after a shock or two and come back in the safe zone of the yard. Once we set up the boundary wire, my boyfriend and I, decided to test the collar ourselves to make sure there was no dead spots in the wired areas and also determine what shock level to set it at. Well we had it at level 1, well the collar did not beep to give the warning of the shock, nor did the collar shock once the boundary was crossed. Well this occurred at all levels 1-6. My boyfriend and i turned it up to level ten at that point, the collar beeped once we got close to the perimeter, and proceeded to shock once crossed. Well we thought the shock at level 10 was too intense for our dog, so we turned down to level 9 and continued to turned down to the lowest level that it would allow us to hear a beeping warning signal, and proceed to shock if perimeter was crossed. That level happened to be level 7. We shocked ourselves with the collar and thought it was still just a bit much, but enough to make him learn his lesson. Once we put the collar on our dog, it wasn’t too long before he was outside the perimeter line. Once he crossed the line the collar was at a constant shock and continued to shock and scare him to the point where he was on the ground and could barely move. My dog howling in pain as we are trying to get the collar off of him, which i might add is also very inconvenient set up of a collar, please turn it into a collar that buckles and does not have to looped through. My dog could barely catch his breath after the exhaustion of trying to escape the collar, and after the trauma he suffered he was sleeping the rest of the afternoon (which is unlike him to do so, and he is still a very active and energetic dog). Do better at making your products convenient. Especially considering the price of the product.
