A gift for me and my dogs

I've had my wireless Pet Safe system for over 2 years. I have two very energetic Boston Terriers. It works great!

I have a stubborn dog. My daughter lives in my back yard. We both have the wireless fence. Her dog does great my dog runs through the fence line to her yard. He want go through the front or sides. Just the back.

Not what I expected for the price.

I’ve been using Petsafe underground fence for so many that I can’t even remember. No issues except the occasional wire being cut. Well when my transmitter went out I decided to try a different route because I was unable to find one near me. So I bought the wireless transmitter and collar. I’ve moved it to several locations and can only get about 50ft from the transmitter. I was expecting more than that. My poor dogs can barely leave from the back patio. Now I have them doing their business up close to the house. So I’m not satisfied with this product and will have to try another route.

No, I do not recommend this product.

We're sorry to hear you've had difficulty with your system! This transmitter has a maximum distance of 90 ft. in every direction from the transmitter when set to 8 and high. So that we can troubleshoot with you and determine what could be causing the reduced range you've experienced, please contact our Customer Care team here- https://support.petsafe.net/ Our phone hours are Monday through Friday 8 A.M.- 7 P.M.
