You can add an unlimited number of pets to your containment system as long as each pet has a compatible receiver collar.

I bought it as a backup to the original collar that came with the system …the original is lager and it has worked amazing will for my large yellow lab .
The replacement is smaller and is marked as model ul-275BM . There are no markings on the original and there was no indication that the replacement/secondary collar would not work with the transmitter that is in my garage

Garbage

Absolute junk! First collar that came with the kit wouldn’t administer shock no matter the setting. Went to exchange for a different collar got home and it won’t do anything except randomly shock for a solid 15 seconds. These are labeled as pet safe. What a joke! Highly do not recommend this junk.

PetSafe Dog Collar receiver

I have had a PetSafe fence for over 20 years and it has worked on all of the dogs I've had. I'm using it for a 2 year old Great Dane at the time and he doesn't test it at all. I thought about getting a gps collar, but don't like the idea of charging it so often. The battery in this lasts atleast 6 months.

Why did you change the shock option

I have Bloodhounds and Bassett hounds. Very stubborn dogs. The shock collars that had 6 settings worked well but they changed it to 5 with static only and now they don't work at all. Just bought 2 of these new ones and my dog is getting into the road now. Please fix them and make them like they were!
