To work correctly, however, your custom virtual boundary must cover a minimum area of at least 0.5 acres. With this being said, as different cellular companies do use different satellites, it is possible this collar may be able to function well at your location even if your specific phone carrier is not as consistent at home. Such a horrible product.

This product is a piece of crap. Don't buy this! In the beginning it would work on and off. I've not even had this for a year and it won't read when the collar is outside. It didn't beep and my dog went to the neighbors house and tore up their door trying to get inside to play with their dogs. Not once did the collar react.

Terrible range. Terrible tracking. Constant charging issues and short battery life. Not even worth buying, especially at this price. Waste of time, so much time and so much money.
