- A: Hi, The Receiver Collar Charger is designed to plug into a standard AC wall outlet. The Receiver Collar light will glow red when the Receiver Charger is properly seated into the Receiver Charge Jack. The light will turn green when charging is complete. A built in safety circuit prevents the Receiver Collar from overcharging. The Receiver Collar will achieve a full charge in 2-3 hours. In ground dog fence

We have now had this for several months and really like it. It was not real difficult to put in. Except for the gates and driveway I stapled the wire to our wood fence. Our dog no longer runs away. She definitely knows how far she can get to the edge of the property. I highly recommend it.

OK service, but disappointed

Brought Stubborn dog fence system yesterday. Setup,but collar was not working.Defective collar.Went back to store. No stubborn systems left. Ended up to sending the collar back to be repaired or replace. No collar for how long ? This is the second system I have brought. No problem with first. Took Raincheck on another collar,but that will take at least a week.
