    Cute but stinks! Seems toxic.

    It is cute and small, but it emits a strong and unpleasant smell, almost like a toxic glue. I contacted the company, and they stated that it contains formaldehyde but assured me that it is "safe." I would not allow my cat to breathe these fumes under any circumstances.

    This cat condo is super easy to put together and is much more aesthetically pleasing compared to other cat condos. The price was great at TSC and the shipping took a little less than a week.

    Overall a nice piece...

    I purchased this for our kitten and overall it is exactly as pictured and fits nicely with my decor. However, I didn't give it 5 stars because we've only had it for about two weeks now and the rattan around the doorway is already coming unraveled and the feather toy that is connected to the basket isn't the best quality. Our kitten has already ripped several of the feathers out and has attempted to eat them, so just keep that in mind and make sure you check it often to remove any loose feathers or just cut it off totally if you don't want to worry about it. Other than those two things he seems to like it and regularly sits in the top basket and inside the bottom.
