I have had the lock
a day ago
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the lock installed, but I can only useit with a physical key. I believe I need a new lock and I can return this one. I am happy to find this email. I was never able to reach out to Lorex previously due to time. If you are able to help me I would greatly appreciate it.

Auto Unlock not working LK101-AA

Lorex lk101-AA 2 locks are not working for auto unlock.
1. Auto unlock area entered and left both message i am getting but when my lock still stays locked and I need to use code or key.
2. All IOS STEPS ARE FOLLOWED
3. location is always
4. backgroup app refresh is on
5. blueetooth and local network on
6. cellular data on
I have already called last month and also followed all these steps.
Even , I have reset and factory reset both and setup completely again and still same issue.
What can be done now next?
Anyone has success with LK101-AA auto unlock?
Also, I already talk to your team one time still same issue.
