What a nightmare! Had pro
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What a nightmare! Had pro installer here couldn’t get to pair. Needed to reset, but panel where need to reset screws stripped. Lorex sent replacement. EXACT same defect. Lorex refusing to replace. Had to purchase another, and continuing to argue that it’s under warranty!!
Hours on phone calls and emails. Stupid policies for what should be easy exchange.

My dual lens wifi camera
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My dual lens wifi camera is connected to my system using a wifi extender. It generally works well, the only complaint is that, at times the image tends to freeze up. It may take many minutes for it to 'unfreeze' itself, but during that time you essentially have no coverage. I have not experienced the problem with either the single lens wifi cameras or the POE wired cameras. The single lens cameras are not on the Extender. Image quality is very good, and the camera was unaffected by rain.
For those of us buying this camera, we need to decide whether we want the image to be viewed independently of the nvr feed or not. If we want an independent image, we tap the blue + symbol next to Devices. If we want it to be part of the nvr feed, we tap the blue + symbol next to the nvr model number. The instructions do not spell this out. Setup is straightforward and was done using the mobile phone.

I wished my WiFi camera
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wished my WiFi camera would connect to the WiFi. One works great the other won’t connect due to distance I guess. But I do love the one that is working!
