If you want to keep your space temperate and comfortable, it's important to get the right air conditioner for the job! With a cooling capacity of 5,000 BTU, the LG LW5025R is ideal for cooling medium rooms up to 150 sq. ft. This 3-in-1 window AC features 3 cooling and fan speeds and a 24-hour timer to create a cooling schedule. Its user-friendly digital control panel and included remote control make it easy to use. 2-way air deflection lets the flow of air be directed where it's needed most whether it's cooling, dehumidifying or just circulating air. The included filter helps reduce the number of large airborne particles in your space, and it's washable so when the check filter light comes on, you can remove it, wash it, and use it again. If there's a power outage, the auto restart feature will automatically turn your unit back on when power is restored. In the package, you'll find easy-to-follow guided installation instructions so you can set up your new window AC in no time.

Q: Which side does the power cord exit from when facing the unit from the front? I need to know if the cord can reach my power outlet. And why doesn't LG provide this information on any of their AC units?
21 days ago- A: Hi Richard, we understand you’re checking which side the power cord exits from on the LG LW5025R Window Air Conditioner, and it’s great you’re planning ahead to make sure it reaches your outlet without issues. For this model, the power cord exits from the front‑right side when facing the unit. Here’s the manual link you can provide to the customer for guidance: • https://www.lg.com/us/support/product/lg-LW5025R.AT1AUSH If you need further assistance, feel free to email lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. ‑LG Digital Care Team ^Rich21 days ago
Q: Is there a period of time after initial installation where the motor will run but not actually move any air?
26 days ago- A: Hi Franki, we appreciate you reaching out, and we understand you want to be sure your LW5025R Window Air Conditioner is operating the way it should right after installation. It’s great that you’re paying close attention to how the unit behaves so you can get the best cooling performance. This model should start moving air as soon as the fan is running. If the motor runs but airflow isn’t coming through as expected, a few quick checks usually help: • Make sure nothing is blocking the front grille • Clean the air filter to restore proper airflow • Set the unit to High Fan or High Cool if the coils may have iced up • Confirm the unit is tilted slightly outward for proper drainage and airflow You can also review airflow‑related troubleshooting here: • https://www.lg.com/us/support/help-library/troubleshooting-an-lg-air-conditioner-that-is-not-cooling--20152825310030 If you need further assistance, feel free to email lgdigitalcare@lg.sprinklrsupport.com. ‑LG Digital Care Team ^Rich22 days ago
