Window AC units are designed for window installation and need outside ventilation to expel hot air. The back end of the unit must remain exposed to the outside otherwise you would just be recycling the hot, moist air back into the room. Q: What side is the power cord on? My outlet is in the right side. Power cords positioned on the left side of ac units don’t reach the outlet.

Cools room fast!

This LG window AC cools the room fast, which is a huge plus during those super hot days. The included remote makes it really easy to control, and it comes with some nice features that are simple to use. One thing to keep in mind is that it is pretty big, so installation might take a bit of effort, especially if you’re doing it solo. But once it’s in place, it works great and keeps the space nice and cool. Overall, a solid, reliable AC that does exactly what you need it to.

This is a real upgrade in the long line of air conditioners I've owned. MUCH quieter. The sound is smooth. Cools the air quickly and the air quality is very good. I highly recommend it.

Nice AC unit

The box itself was heavy but this is a great air conditioner especially since you can control how cool you want it to be and it has wonderful features. Installation was fairly easy and I like the fact it has a power saver mode too.
