    Does not stick to bare metal.

    Put this on bare metal and let cure for 48 hours, when I went to prep for final coat by scuffing with medium scrub pads it came off, no adhesion at all. In contrast the parts I sprayed with Rust-Oleum brand did adhere and was able to prep the same way with no issues.
