Mixed emotions about this

I was so excited for this bookshelf. It’s cute and just the right size for my little boy. I’ve been redoing his room and spaces around the house with his big boy furniture so I was fairly confident when it came to putting this together. Now it’s sitting half assembled because the back panel on the right side IS THE WRONG SIZE. it does not fit. I’ve repeated the steps and it’s the same outcome each time; there is a gap between the pieces no matter how much I push and press and wiggle it. Disappointed and extremely frustrated as I’ve been trying to put this thing together for almost two hours now.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Horrible product/customer service.

Was given this product as a present for our daughter, received with damaged box, pieces missing, and the cushion looks used and is extremely dirty. Wouldn’t recommend. After contacting CS to get missing parts, the wrong parts were sent in return.

The furniture came missing parts and damaged. Likely was used.
