It seems to work well

Easy to set up, it had an obvious impact on my basement pretty quickly - keeping the air dry.
I like that it has a wifi feature, this way I can remotely checking if it's operating.

Great humidifier. Could improve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was a good choice, it keeps the humidity down in the basement, but could use some updates to the app. For instance, the dirty filter notice will not go away, no matter what is attempted after cleaning the filter. Also, I could never get the pump to work, so I use the hose instead.

Great appliance. Lousy app

Yes this dehumidifier works great, but the app leaves a lot to be desired. It does not send notifications of a full bucket that needs emptying. You have to open the app to check the status and then states: “Oops, something went wrong.” When you look into it, you get an error code. When you empty the full bucket, it does clear and reset itself. It would be nice to get a notification pushed to my phone (not just the Fridgidaire app on the phone) that the bucket is full and needs emptying, without having to randomly going into the app and finding out that something is wrong.
Yes, I recommend this product.
