Just happened to see it on the shelf and bought it. It leaves a little bit of gas in the funnel but so do all of the others like it. haven't tried it with water yet but it really filters well and the pour rate is good.

Design could be improved

No qualms with filtration quality. However, actually using the funnel demonstrates room for ergonomic improvement. To achieve rated flow rate, funnel must be filled to top of filter and kept full. Funnel easily tips, so plan on spills or filter half full at half the rate -- using only half of the filter. Does not filter the remaining 1/4 cup in bottom of funnel, so you need to discard that fuel in a responsible manner. With regard to spillage and discarding the remainder, the design has some environmental drawbacks.

Works great for removing water from your gas

Works awesome for getting water out of fuel, my only wish is that the filter went lower in the funnel and that the filter was replaceable other then that it works awesome for the intended use. I've tried diesel thru it and it works just flows alot slower.

Handy, works well, drains fast. There is about a cup of gas left in funnel each time but I pour it back in gas can to start the "cycle" again. Funnel keeps any debris, if you happen to have any, from entering fuel tank.
