This EMAX 7.5 HP 80 Gal. 2-Stage Single-Phase Industrial V4 Pressure Lubricated Pump 31 CFM at 100 PSI Air Compressor designed for up to 70,000 hours of commercial or industrial use with proper maintenance. This EMAX air compressor delivers 31 CFM at 100 PSI, maximum PSI 175. Our unit features industrial electric motors, magnetic starter, manual ball valve tank drain and powder coated ASME tank 200 PSI rating, all paired with all cast iron 70,000-hour-rated patented pressure lubricated reciprocating pump. It's backed by a year standard warranty with a 5-year extended warranty available, eligible for a lifetime warranty. Made in the USA, the steel construction of this air compressor offers strength and long-lasting use.

- Cast iron cylinder heads are more durable and dependable
- Disc valve design intake and exhaust valves come right out of the top of the cylinder head where they can be serviced in minutes
- Precision-ground pistons machined to tight tolerances ensures low oil carry over
- Premium non-absorbent gaskets prevent oil seepage from pump
- All cast iron flywheel with a built-in fan gives the air compressor pump more throw on the compression stroke, which will result in fewer loads on the electric motor
- Built-in head unloaders
- Inter-cooler allows air to be cooled between stages while the air cooled after-cooler provides a second cooling stage that cools the air before it goes into the tank.

EMAX 7.5hp/80 gal is a BEAST.

Only had a couple weeks but it meets and exceeds all expectations. Replaced a 37 year old ingersol Rand with the EMAX. The new Ingersol Rands do not hold a candle to this EMAX. Highly recommend the EMAX fir price and quality!

Nice compressor

I’ve only had this a few weeks. But it is a beast! Pumps to 175 lbs quickly. It is surprisingly quiet! So far I’ve noticed NO air leaks nor oil leaks (unlike my old one).
