Not happy with service

A couple of things that I was not happy with. When Country Pro unit arrived I found out that the auger was not included. That was and additional 90.00 expense. The picture showed the auger and no where on the advertisement description did it say that it was not included. Second thing I was charged 149.00$ shipping. It was supposed to have shipped to my home but because of “ freight mistake”, not my mistake mind you, I had to go to the Tractor supply store and pick it up myself. Not happy with that.
The unit works good and is heavy duty no complaint there. I do feel that this item is misrepresented in the advertisement and should be corrected or removed by Tractor Supply because it makes them look bad.

300 Holes in 6 Hours on my BX2380

Let me start by saying, I did have to use a grinder to notch out the top of the swing arm in order to accommodate the 48" auger.
That aside, we were able to dig 300 holes with a 9 inch diameter by 48 inch auger. In some cases digging a hole in 11 seconds!!!
