The Bekaert 4 ft. Fence Stretcher Bar is a fence stretching tool designed for tensioning all styles of 4 ft. woven wire. This fence stretcher bar has five vertically spaced wedges for a maximum hold. Use this woven wire fence stretcher with 2x4 horse fence wire, 4x4 sheep and goat fence wire, and 3 in. spaced vertical stay fixed knot wire.

Q: Can you tighten welded wire with this?

- A: This Fence Stretcher Bar will work with all woven wire products under 55 inches tall. This style woven wire stretcher bar can produce a great amount of tension. With that being said, welded wire products are made from a soft low carbon steel wire and is not very strong. Be very careful not to overtighten the welded product and break the welds or line wire in the tensioning process.2 years agoHelpful?
Q: How many feet of 4 ft net high tensil fencing will this stretch at a time.

- A: This stretcher bar is a good quality item and can be used on many types of woven wire fabric. The type of High Tensile fabric being installed dictates the overall length of the run which can be pulled, not the tool. Example: Bekaert suggests 660' of Solidlock Pro when performing an end pull install and 1320' if performing a center pull install.
