The AgKNX Model 1000 Post Hole Digger is for most category 1 and category 2 tractors, allowing for fast post hole digging with convenient, safe operation from the tractor seat. The post hole digger features a heavy-duty gear box, durable driveline, and rust-resistant powder coat finish. There's also a reinforced steel boom. Quick connect to 6 spline PTO to quickly change out implements. Rated for tractors up to 45 HP, this post hole digger can help make quick work of your next job.

Post hole digger shear bolt issue

The post hole digger works as advertised. I gave it a lower than normal rating because of the following reason, I did encounter a problem when you’re on a hillside going down the hill. There is nothing that prevents the post hole digger from swinging into close to the PTO shaft, this automatically causes the shear bolts to break, which they’re supposed to do a better design would be to prevent it from over swinging so you wouldn’t break your share bolts, I discovered this after breaking two bolts, the workaround as I can only auger holes going uphill. I cannot auger them going downhill so it takes twice as much time.Other than that it worked fine. The quality is there. I was using an 18 inch auger and did not have any issues unless I encountered large roots or rock.
