I specifically asked if I had to return the item for any reason, I would get a complete refund. I returned the item, and I was told that I needed to contact you to get the delivery charge returned to my card

Great post hole digger.

Solid post hole digger. Using it on a 50hp tractor and it digs great. It came packaged nicely - no worries of it getting damaged enroute. The way it was packaged also made it easy to assemble. It was all in one box and was pretty easy for me to assemble it by myself. Highly recommend this post hole digger. It comes with 2 safety shields they won't tell you to remove but doing so makes it a whole lot easier to access the shear bolts for the auger without compromising safety as long as you pay attention. I work by myself so it was more important to have access to the bolts to change auger bits.
