Auger was good, but blades wore out extremely fast…Now it will not dig into the ground… When I ordered new blades, they were the wrong ones, so, I will have to investigate and find the right blades to continue to use the auger… Not happy I have to replace so fast, or that they have the wrong blades listed for this auger…. I’ve bought a lot of items from TSC, but they’ve let me down big-time on this one…

Shipping notices were inadequate. Said it shipped but then said it was delayed with no explanation or timeframe. Called the number given several days after and he sounded like it was never picked up. He returned the item but I didn't get my refund and the auger showed up 4 days later anyway. I refused delivery because I had already bought one locally. I still want my refund.
