Q: The left trailer job blew out. How do I remove the hub? I removed the cotter pin and nut but the hub won’t slide off. There is something else inside holding it on.

For the price, this is a substantially constructed trailer with a lot of great features for a homeowner like myself. I'm fond of the drop gates on either end, enabling the transport of longer objects. I like the solid construction over the expanded steel mesh of many other small utility trailers.
Two minor details kept me from giving this unit five stars. First, the grease fittings on the axle were of a type not usable with a normal grease gun - I replaced these and they're fine. Second, the assembly instructions were fairly sketchy, and there have been some minor component changes since printing. I was able to figure it out, but revision would be good.

Buyer beware!

The entire process is misleading. You will need to pay local tax at time of registration and additional title fee plus title transfer fee. In the end this was $200 more than I thought I was paying. On top of this I had to unload the trailer with my own equipment because the delivery company did not have the equipment to handle the metal pallet.

We couldn't be more pleased with the customer service we received from Tractor Supply in Dundas Minnesota. We had identified this utility trailer as the one we wanted. It wasn't one on display but was available on the Tractor Supply website. The in-store staff helped us navigate the website and order the trailer for delivery at the store. They then assembled it and helped us connect it to our vehicle. They even went to great lengths helping us document the exact cost of the trailer when we went to the DMV and forgot to take along our sales receipt. Absolutely fabulous customer service--especially from Anne! In addition, the trailer, itself, has worked perfectly for our applications. We would definitely recommend it to others, and we will definitely return to Tractor Supply in the future.

Bought this trailer 3 years ago, I have used the heck out of it. Put in a tarp and have hauled at least 50 loads of pea gravel. Still no rust and going strong!

Trailer looks good. Instructions were horrible. Trailer advertised as 5X7. Desctription says 4.5 feet wide while in actuality its only 4ft 3 inches. Bought it by spec for hauling an ATV. The ATV barely fits as the sizing is not as described. When brought up to the company they pretty much said too bad for you. This is quite unfortunate as I have previously purchased 2 snow plows from them and they have always been great. Now im stuck with a trailer that I will likely have to sell for a massive loss.
