Feed Home Fresh Extra Egg Layer as the sole diet throughout the laying cycle. Hens typically start laying around 18 weeks of age depending on breed.

We recommend in most cases, you slowly transition your animal when changing to a Blue Seal product or even between Blue Seal products. This allows the animal's digestive tract to properly adjust to the feed. To help with the transition, we recommend slowly mixing the new Blue Seal product in with your current feed and then gradually increase over the course of one week to 100% of the new Blue Seal product.
