Ca Values Way Off

The range of Ca (0.7-4.2%) is unacceptable. The higher end is waaaaaaay to0 high for males of any barnyard species and in particular, constant overfeeding of calcium to tom turkeys often causes crippling gout after a couple of years. The lower end is waaaaaaaaaaaay too low for laying hens. Otherwise, the feed would be okay for a mixed flock--a little high on protein for maintenance (in the 14-16% range would be better), perhaps, but acceptable.

We have a mix of ducks and chickens. They seem happy with the food and are definitely healthy. Would never let this be all they eat but on rainy days or days they can't free range I know they are still well fed.
