Horrid online system

Never sent update of when order was shipped, order was a week later than estimated delivery AND sent an email stating delivery would be to store 2 days from date email sent, then in body of email stated product was at the store and I only had two days to pick it up or it would be returned!!! After all that, they sent the wrong product. If not for the excellent customer service at the store, I’d never go to a tractor supply again, I’ll def not be using their online system again. Corp customer service says “we value your time” but I’ve been on hold for 20mins already not to mention the time it took to clear up the online mess so I don’t think you do.
No, I do not recommend this product.
