Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very easy to work with I put this up last week and it was very easy to work with and is very visible, so hopefully I won’t have deer trying to run through it. I like it better than the poly wire It was replacing. I cannot speak for durability yet but am hopeful it will last at least as long as the poly wire did.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Stretches real tight and stays that way! This is my assured ground that partners with the Poly Tape that surrounds the Goat Pasture. Pulled it tight and has stayed that way. Gives a little extra assurance that any critter touching the Poly Tape will get zapped!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great stuff for horses. Works better than the plastic rope. Have to use the supplies that tie together. We like that it is bright white and cloth.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Easy to roll. Strong and doesn't seem to split or unravel. The spools are cheaply made, but i got around that, by taking an 18" long 1/2 pvc pipe thru and then taping both ends (giving the spool and inch total of side to side room), to keep the spool from sliding off. Worked like a charm.

can you use any type of charger with the poly rope??

Asked by: Mike Pov
We recommend using a high powered, low impedance energizer with poly rope.

What is it made of? More of a nylon feel like rope or more like wire? Can it be tied?

Asked by: Tmw4321
Poly products are constructed of a combination of metal and plastic filaments and consists of small wire strands which serve as the conductors. Everything is woven together with polyethylene. We recommend using a Polyrope Connector rather than tying two strands of polyrope together.
