Waste of money

My jack arrived without the drill attachment and Trailer Valet immediately shipped one to me. The service was great. However, I am totally disappointed in the Jack. I have installed it on a travel trailer with a tongue weight of #400 and the jack will barely raise and lower the tongue. Additionally, the rubber on the handle comes off every time you use it. It will completely fall off if left in it's current state. I used it this weekend on a camping trip and was so frustrating. Total waste of money. I will be replacing it with something else.

I used my refurbished Trailer Valet XL recently for the first time. I was very impressed with its performance. I was able to easily reposition my travel trailer inside my garage.
