The CURT reducer sleeve set includes two reducer sleeves that adapt a 3" receiver tube opening to fit a 2-1/2" or 2" shank. The adapter sleeves install easily and are compatible with virtually any 3" hitch. The smaller sleeve can also be used in a 2-1/2" receiver tube opening, adapting it for a 2" shank. The gross trailer weight capacity and tongue weight capacity of this set are limited to the rating of the hitch. To finish off this reducer sleeve set, it comes with a highly durable carbide black powder coat finish, ensuring excellent rust, chip and UV resistance.

Q: I have a trailer tongue that's 3in by 2in and I need a sleeve that I can slide it into so I will be able to my trailer. I read that this should work but still not sure. Thank you

  • A: Hello VetrnBassFishRmen4life, Without being able to see the trailer tongue you're referring to, but it does appear that this product should work, per the product specs. Please also note TSC's 30-day return policy w/ proof of purchase if this product does not fit your needs.
