inconsistent quality

This product has been inconsistent in its quality. Sometimes it is low dust as advertised and great to use in horse stalls and then other times whole pallets of it come in like baby powder causing a bloom of unhealthy dust in the stall.

TSC needs to hold their vendors to a higher level of quality control. More often than not these blue shavings are almost like baby powder fine, which is not good for the health of our horses
