PetsPick Aspen Pet Bedding, 5 cu. ft.

Like others have said, these are very dusty. I bought them for my pet mice and would be surprised by one holding a giant sharp piece of wood in their mouth the size of their body/a finger. It has a nice smell over all and good for the price, but the dust and the uneven shaving is worrying. Can attest that it's 100% Aspen and the Pine/Cedar mentioned on the back is an ad for their other products. Probably will switch it out and use this as emergency back up only.

Save your money, because this stuff is garbage! It's so dusty, both my girls and me are sneezing and coughing with every bedding change. The shavings are smaller and not very absorbent. You're better off finding something some else.

SO dusty!!! Bought this for my guinea pigs and I literally have a sore throat after changing their shavings out due to all the dust. It’s EVERYWHERE!!! Do not recommend with small pets.

Filthy, dirty, dusty bedding. There’s no way bedding this dirty is safe for my rats. I dumped some of the bag in the base of their cage and there was a dust cloud. Should have known by the off smell that TSC had sold me another nasty product. Ive had to clean the entire cage and the surrounding area due to just how much dirt and dust was in this bag. I shouldn’t have trusted tractor supply to sell decent bedding in the first place, I don’t want my rats to get mites. I have bought two bags of products that are unrelated to this bedding that were writhing with bugs and I was given ridiculous excuses about “issues with the supplier” when TSC is clearly damaging and improperly storing products. I’ve been buying those 2 products for many years and TSC is the only one that manages to sell me a bag of insects. Finally the excuses are true - this dirty bag actually does look like a supplier issue because even tractor supply couldn’t stuff that many contaminants into a tightly wrapped bag of shavings. Still their fault for selling it.
