Need more packaging.

Everytime you buy a gate from TSC it is scratched and dented. I special ordered these gates and they still came in with dings and dents and scratches on them. Would a little cardboard or something break the bank to wrap them?

Very Happy With This Gate!

I just bought two of these gates at my local Tractor Supply. One arrived with very minor damage, so the manager kindly gave us 10% off that one. The small blemishes are nothing that can’t be touched up later. We felt two hinges weren’t enough for a 16-foot gate, so we purchased a third hinge, and with that addition, installation was straightforward and easy. One tip: the powder-coating is excellent and hides the carriage bolt heads almost perfectly. If you ever need to reposition the hinges, it’s easy to snap a bolt because you can’t see it clearly. I recommend picking up a few extra carriage bolts at the time of purchase just in case you decide to move the hinges from one side of the post to the other. Overall, the finish is so attractive that the gate looks more like an ornamental residential driveway gate than a typical farm or industrial one. Very pleased with the purchase.

I ordered this gate October 1st 2025, on October 14 I got an email saying the order would be delayed until between 15 thru the 17th. I never heard a thing until after I canceled the order. On october 25th I canceled the order. They said they couldnt find the order. after i canceled the order, they sent me an email and said my order was in? I had already bout new gates at Family Farm cause they were in, and cheaper. whatever is going on there is not in the customers best interest. good luck.
