This Tarter 10 ft. long, 2 in. x 4 in. Wire filled Gate keeps horses and small animals safely contained with no dangerous catch points. For strength, this 2 in. x 4 in. Wire filled gate is constructed of 1-3/4 in. round steel tubing. The small animal Wire filled gate also has a corrosion-resistant powder coat finish for added durability and protection. Special ordered and shipped to store. Paint scraped up badly on one side and rust where paint was gone. I would have refused to accept but I was leaving town to install it on a property being fenced.

Tarter gates fit our need perfectly

Ordered two of these Tarter 10 ft x 50 in Wire gates to replace some older 4 piece wooden gates that are falling apart. Process was quick and arrival was fast to the local TSC. Parts included with no issue and no noted damage. They look great and feel solid for anything we could possibly throw at them. We went with green as they were cheaper than the black, and green fits in when all is in full bloom any way so why not save some cash. Bolts and chain arrived with no issues and am very happy with our purchase. Yes, definitely recommend purchasing from Tarter. I even called Tarter asking for advice and the gent I spoke with was exceptionally helpful - Thank you, Sir.

These gates design and quality are top notch. Looking online you may find more affordable gates but none will match the quality of Tarter. Only con is lead time , but that’s the new normal.
