Decent light weight gate

Mine was damaged in shipping, but nothing major. It appears that they paint these AFTER they assemble them with the hinges, so if you have to shift the hinges you are exposing unpainted metal

Overall, the gate is well made, purchased, because of green color. But sadly, had to repaint, as many nicks and chips, that exposed bare steel, plus, had to reverse the hinge clamps, no paint under the clamps.

    Ordered this Tarter 6 ft x 50 in Wire gate to replace an older wooden gate that is falling apart. Process was quick and arrival was fast to the local TSC. Parts included with no issue and no noted damage. They look great and feel solid for anything we could possibly throw at them. We went with green as it was cheaper than the black, and green fits in when all is in full bloom any way so why not save some cash. Bolts and chain arrived with no issues and am very happy with our purchase. Yes, definitely recommend purchasing from Tarter. I even called Tarter asking for advice and the gent I spoke with was exceptionally helpful - Thank you, Sir.

    The gates are fantastic. They worked exactly the way I thought they would. My only problem is I didn’t realize I would be the one paying the shipping of $132 to get them to Tractor Supply when I was buying them from Tractor Supply.
