The Swisher Commercial Pro ATV Spreader allows you to spread grass seed, fertilizer, salt and sand quickly, easily, and consistently. The universal fit lets this ATV spreader mount easily onto any ATV. Control the flow rate with the operator-accessible adjustable feed gate. The spreading range can be adjusted from 4 ft. to 16 ft. wide depending on material, and a unique spinner disc and vented cap design provide consistent flow and even material distribution. The frame-mounted on and off switch allows you to control the ATV spreader without getting off your ATV. All control plates are zinc plated for better corrosion protection. This spreader is made with a heavy-duty ball-bearing motor, a sealed lid to keep out unwanted moisture, and a 15 gal. and 150 lb capacity poly tank hopper. Made in the USA of US & global parts.

Well worth the money

WELL WORTH THE MONEY I have had a few of the seed spreaders that i use on my ATV. They were flimsy and really thin metal and plastic that ended up breaking in time. With this seed spreader right out of the box i was really surprised at how heavy duty everything was. Thick wall steel tubing instead of thin wall pipe like on other spreaders. The hopper is also a much thicker material than my past spreaders. I could feel the quality in every piece as i was putting it together. The instructions are very well written and pretty straight forward. It also does a much better job spreading seed and fertilizer and more evenly than my others did. I have no doubt that this is the last seeder i will buy for my ATV and i use it tending about 25 acres each year that are too hilly for my tractors.

Biggest piece of junk I have ever purchased I have had problem with it from day one It will not spread any worth will width (around 15 in) No mater how well you clean it it rust in the off season

Haven't done anything but put it together and calibrate it, but it seems very will built and high quality construction. I curious to see how well it cast seeds.

Not great for fertilizer

This might be great for seed, but for fertilizer, it doesn’t throw out a wide area. It basically throws straight down. Maybe a 2’ swath.

Solid construction. Works great, the on/off switch is really easy to use. The hopper adjustment required some customization for my use but is also well built

Bought this to connect to my UTV knowing it is designed for an ATV, however, was able to modify it to work on my Kawasaki Mule. I have used other mfgs tow behinds but was hoping this would be more effective in actually emptying the entire load; i.e., grass seed, fertilizer or whatever without me having to stop and bang on it to get it to get it to empty the contents. I'm finding it rusts or corrodes very easily from fertilizer if the spreading mechanism isn't cleaned after every use. I'm disabled and can't walk any distance so was hoping this would alleviate some of this. I have yet to find a spreader that will empty the entire hopper. Disappointed in this one also.
