The Centaur Sure-Fit Lag Corner Insulator is a White Lightning (electric) or PolyPlus (non-electric) coated wire fence hardware accessory. This piece of wood fence hardware screws directly into wooden corner posts. The design holds the high-tension coated wire away from the post on inside corner installations. This fence post insulator will prevent grounding of electric current when using White Lightning coated electric high-tensile fence.

These lag bolts work great when attaching wire to a large tree. Usually I nail a 2X6 to the tree and then staple insulator tubes to connect the wire. These are a lot quicker when you have a corner or end utilizing a large tree.

I used these where my Hi Tensile fence line runs through a section of woods. And they really held up to the strain of the fence being pulled right. They are kind of expensive but they are easy to install if you predrill a hole first. And they go in pretty fast..

I was concerned these would bend or snap under the load of a high tensile fence. So far they have held up great and show no signs of failure.
