The Centaur In-Line Ratchet-Style Tensioner is a PolyPlus (non-electric) coated wire fence accessory. Utilizing a spring clip design, the galvanized ratchet-style tensioner maintains tension and will stay in place for the life of the fence. Using a ratchet-style tensioner handle is recommended for an easy tension adjustment. When using this fence tensioner ratchet with PolyPlus wire fence, it is recommended to strip 1.5 in. of wire coating.
- For PolyPlus non-electric wire fence only
- Galvanized spring clip design of this ratchet-style tensioner locks fence tension directly at the end termination fence post
- Stripping 1.5 in. of wire coating is recommended when using this fence tensioner ratchet with safety-coated PolyPlus wire
- For easy tension adjustment, a ratchet-style tensioner handle or crescent wrench is recommended

Electtic fence to stop black bears killing my bees

Used this device to tighten my wire on my electric fence meant to keep my beehives safe. Its a 5 strand electric fence with wire strands every 6 inches.
It does keep the black bears out.
Ive got trail cam pictures to prove it
