Premium Timothy Grass Chopped is highly palatable and molasses-free.
- Recommended for mature horses, overweight horses, performance horses, early pregnant mares, senior horses, and breeding stallions
- For easier digestion and horses with dental issues, chopped forage is cut into 2-4 inch pieces.
- For increased Omega-3 and 6 fatty acids, chopped forage is sprayed with canola oil.

Chopped forage is designed to allow for an easy transition; however, to minimize digestive upset, we recommend gradually replacing existing hay with the same weight of Standlee forage over a seven to fourteen (7-14) day period. We’ve been feeding the chopped timothy and alfalfa to our gelding when the local hay quality is not so great. He loves the chopped hay and it helped him gain weight to the desired level. Quality is great and consistent.

Regular timothy hay is kind of rough for Nigerian Dwarf goats. I tried this one day when they were out of the grab and go timothy hay and find it much more palatable with less waste (if you can contain it).

My horse is has very loose, almost diarrhoea manure for many years. Only getting worse, his tail was always disgusting. I felt bad for the people changing his blanket in the winter as his leg straps would be covered, same with the back end of his blanket. I read a tip talking about might be because he’s older. I cannot chew reg hay well, so I tried this, and it has made a big difference.
Yes, I recommend this product.
