Simpson MS60921 3300 PSI @ 2.4 GPM Cold Water Gas Pressure Washer Powered by Honda is rated 4.0 out of 5 by 24.
Rated 1 out of 5 by from My 3200 psi was the worst purchase ever I bought this pressure washer a while ago just to wash cars with a foam cannon and some deck cleaning. This unit probably had 10 hours on it before the pump started leaking oil. It go so bad that you could watch the oil pour out. So I was able to bring it to an authorized simpson repair center and they are replacing the pump. It has been 9.5 weeks since I dropped it off and I have not received one call from the repair center I have had to call them and they say each time we will call you when its done. I have called simpson to and they are about as useless as the people I brought the pressure to be fixed at. I will never buy another simpson pressure washer or a pressure wash with an Axial Cam pump again.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good replacement for old unit, should work fine... Purchased this new a few weeks back. Easy and quick assembly. Well built. Could be a bit taller, but its short stature makes it OK for storage. Comes with oil. Added gas and she cranked right up, as expected from a Honda. Runs well, good pressure, seems to throttle the idle appropriately when not spraying. Love the rubber tires! Wand length is fine. The no-kink hose is a serious pain to manage/handle. It's only an issue for setup and storage. When in use, it's fine. Interesting factoid, when I opened the box, there was a note from Simpson in the bottom. It noted that they were always looking to improve the performance of their products, as as such, the 3300 PSI 2.4GPM unit that I thought I purchased had been "improved" to a 3200 PSI 2.5GPM unit. You can decide for yourself if that's improvement or not. I'm going from a 2800 PSI unit that quit, so either way it's a bump up for me! I've used it once, briefly, just to see if it would be a good replacement for my old B&S unit that quit. So far so good. Good solid performing unit for the price. I'd recommend it. After I actually put it to some good use, I make come back and provide another update.

Current hose is 25' 1/4 inch. When I connect a 50' 1/4 inch I lose pressure. Will a 50' 3/8 inch maintain pressure similar to the 25' 1/4 inch hose?

Asked by: Latzafun
Hi Latzafun, There should have been no discernible pressure lose with the addition of a 50 ft hose. A 50FT 3.8” hose should deliver the full water volume and pressure. SIMPSON TEAM

Will it work for removing mold from siding before painting? Is it too strong for cleaning autos? Maybe just the tires?

Asked by: horsefarm13
