Born-and-raised in Texas by parents who were always bringing home strays, I come by it honest. That's why my mom, Bev, and I founded Mutt Nation in 2009. Lightweight Stainless Bowl

I got this MuttNation Fueled by Miranda Lambert Stainless Steel Dog Bowl for my medium-size Black Lab. The bowl is lighter weight than other bowl dog bowls we have. The no-slip band on the bottom helps keep the bowl in place when my dog is eating or drinking, although he isn't one to push the bowl around. I like the red enamel inside the bowl, and it is helpful in keeping track of which bowl belongs to which dog. This bowl has a nice depth to it at just over 3.5". When used for water, the shape works better than other bowls I have. By that, I mean less water is slopped out when my dog is drinking. When we use the bowl for his food, there is plenty of room for his food and for him to get at it. I have run this bowl through the dishwasher, and it has not chipped or rusted--it still looks brand new. This is a good dog bowl.

DO NOT USE !!

I’ve been using these for a couple of months. They were always hand washed. First i noticed the lettering coming off so I used a old tooth brush and they came all the way off. Thought it was ok. Now a clear coat plastic is coming off. Certainly not good for the dogs so I’m throwing them away. Do better.

Possibly Dangerous/ Concerned

Three months ago my mom bought a set of these for her dog. I of course had to follow suit about a month later because the design was absolutely adorable. I noticed hers chipping first but accredited it to her cleaning ways (she keeps a tight ship) either from daily washing or dishwasher cleaning. Then after about a month of owning my own I began noticing mine doing the same. So much so, paint flakes were resting in my dogs drinking water after a fresh bowl! I decided to discontinue use. However within the time of using and ceasing to use these adorable little "farm fresh" bowls my dog has since developed "allergies" which we have never encountered before and a lethargy I cannot justify. Can anyone provide any information on the toxicity of paint used including clear coat? I am quite concerned for my German Shepherd and am coming up with limited explanations otherwise as to why she has been experiencing issues. I am seeing this has happened to other customers as well after reviewing comments and have already noted the bowls have found their way to clearance aisles in store. They were an adorable design but I fear they are dangerous.

No, I do not recommend this product.

Enamel Coating Peeling Off

I purchased 2 of these bowls on the1st of June 2020 for my Australian Shepherd's for their canned food supper. Yes, they are pretty red bowls and I hand wash them after each feeding once a day with dawn liquid and a soft sponge, the enamel paint coating continues to peel off and this can NOT be safe for any animals to eat! I'm sure if Miranda Lambert/Mutt Nation were aware of this danger to our pets action would be taken to have these food bowls recalled as they should so pets are not in danger or die from the enamel paint the pets ingest!

No, I do not recommend this product.

Gets the Job done

The MuttNation Fueled by Miranda Lambert Stainless Steel Dog Bowl has a slip/skid resistant ring on the bottom, which is helpful in keeping our dog from moving the bowl all around when he is eating. However, the bowl scratches very easily and even after 2 weeks looks very beat up.

Yes, I recommend this product.

Adorable Bowl!

This bowl is just super adorable and fits right in with the rest of the decor in my house. It has a rustic/farmhouse appeal to it that I just love. It's not only very big (for my tiny chihuahua) but also heavy enough that it won't get pushed around easily. I'd imagine that for larger dogs the fact that this bowl won't get moved all over the place is a bonus!
