a month ago- A: Howdy neighbor! To fill your Petmate Big Blue without a mess, you need to turn the blue reservoir bottle upside down, fill it, and then quickly "flip and click" it back into the base. The base is designed with a specialized valve that only releases water once the bottle is securely locked in place, so as long as you keep the bottle vertical while seating it, the water should stay right where it belongs!a month agoHelpful?
