Not a good product only last for a year if your lucky also you can’t fix it when it goes bad

I bought this identical, heated water bowl well over 6 years ago from TSC & to used for my chickens. This year it died, but it had worked beautifully - up to now. The bowl holds more than a gallon of water, it's easy to clean & refill & particularly nice because it won't tip over or spill. I liked it so much I re-ordered a new one from my local Tractor Supply, along with my 100 lbs of feed. Though the TSC website said they had 27 of these heated bowls "In stock at that store" - the sales person couldn't find them. I really needed it, because it's below freezing now, but had to leave the store without it. I ended up ordering one somewhere else. Despite that, this is a high quality water bowl, & wish I could have bought a new one at TSC.

This is pretty much useless, as the water freezes on top as soon as weather goes under 30 degrees and anything below 20 the water freezes into solid ice. We had an old heated waterer (from another manufacturer) that worked for years and years, but they aren't available anymore. Really disappointed.

I use this product every winter. I have owned a few. Sometimes theyve lasted 3 yrs or more, once one lasted just one winter. But i dont care. Theyre reasonably priced, it provides the outside animals good water even in freezing temps. Ill own one of these as long as Tractor Supply sells it.
