Buyer beware

Shelving had obviously been returned by another disappointed shopper. Missing parts, damaged shelving and bent legs. Why does Tractor Supply think this is acceptable to sell?

Well built and as described . Came missing connectors. Called the company and they sent out a replacement I received a few days later.
Shelves will work well in a garage setting
