The fat, fiber, and protein content of these products are the same, but the inclusion levels of vitamins and minerals differ a little bit. The biggest difference between the Blue Seal Sentinel Care Omegatin and the Kent Omegatin is that the Blue Seal product is an extruded nugget and the Kent Omegatin you are asking about is in pellet form.
