- Biotin is a B-complex vitamin that promotes healthy cell growth and aids in the metabolism of amino acids that support keratin production. Feeding biotin at 20 mg per day has been shown to improve hoof growth, hardness and health.
- Omega -3 fatty acids are an integral part of cell membranes functioning to regulate inflammation, lubricate hoof tissues and support healthy hoof growth.
- Trace Mineral Amino Acid Complexes are bio-available sources shown to benefit at the hoof level. Zinc, Copper and Manganese are important for healthy growth, structure, and maintenance of hoof tissues and joints.
- Methionine is an essential amino acid used in the building of keratin, the main protein in hoof tissue that provides stability and strength. A constant dietary supply of methionine is key in supporting continuous healthy hoof growth.

Top dress Sentinel Care Hoof Support at a rate of 1 cup* per head per day to provide 20 mg of biotin. *Standard kitchen 8 oz. dry measuring cup.
We recommend in most cases, you slowly transition your animal when changing to a Kent/Blue Seal product or even between Kent/Blue Seal products. This allows the animal's digestive tract to properly adjust to the feed. To help with the transition, we recommend slowly mixing the new Kent/Blue Seal product in with your current feed and then gradually increase over the course of one-two week to 100% of the new Kent/Blue Seal product.
