Enclosed scoop holds approximately 110 g. (4 oz.) For added calories or weight maintenance, feed 1 scoop (110 g. or approximately 4 oz.) daily with regular grain ration For skin & coat, feed 1/2 scoop (55 g. or approximately 2 oz.) daily with regular grain ration Depending on a horse's activity level and condition, up to 2 scoops (220 g. or approximately 8 oz.) of this supplement may be fed daily with no adverse effects. Divide equally into two feedings. Serving size is based on an 1,100 lb. horse. Adjust the amount given according to body weight. More for larger horses, less for smaller horses, ponies or foals.

Q: Does this product (weight booster for horse) have an expiration date or shelf life? The one I just bought (LOT#3901282-CTP) doesn't look the same. It's usually very dry, but this one looks as if it's been wet, but it was sealed correctly.

This has worked very well to out weight and keep weight on my senior mare. Just very disappointed that it does not come in the bucket anymore. I ordered it because it had the bucket so I didnt have to store it with my feed.
