Good idea, but squirrels are apparently too strong for the spring loaded door, plus, the 1 squirrel I captured, chewed part of the door to release himself

Works well in spite of a flaw

Works well for small animals. The only flaw was the tiny wire bend that holds the door open broke off after a few uses. There was enough wire left that I was able to reproduce the bend, so the trap still works.
