- A: Hello, thank you for your question. It can catch up to 21 rats at once, but to keep it working effectively and to reduce odor and sanitation issues, it’s best to check and empty the trap daily. We never received our order
a month ago
We ordered and watched for delivery to the store in Bolivar, TN. The shipment made it to Barnett, TN and stated on the message that the product was shipping back to CA. I called the store in Bolivar and they could not figure it out. So I went to the store and they said to call the customer service support line attached to receipt. They said they were not sure but it must have been damaged by shipping company and returned to sender. They issued a refund and said they would research what happened. End of story.

Be Ready to trap immediately

this thing works! First night caught 12, second time 9. The only thing you have to do is move the trap around as the mice will not go back to the same place that everyone was captured in. I learned that after the first 'catch'. Then I moved it over about 18" and bam caught another large group.
