Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very sturdy Trap worked great got 3 hogs in it at one time. Took a little while for them to enter it but they did and it held them just fine.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Should be improved Purchased around a month ago. Placed trap in front of my game camera and got a picture of a very small pig climbing up the gates and right out the top. If the same size wire on the sides of the trap were used on the top and bottom, it would be much better. I modified the top section near the gates and did manage to catch a small pig.

I have a small trap how do you get the animal out after you catch it

Asked by: Netch
The manufacturer states that they do not recommend removing the hogs alive. Putting them down in the trap is really the only safe way. They can be caught with a snare type rope to contain them for removal.

Who hold the trap doors open and how do they spring

Asked by: Hogman777
The doors work with gravity. The hogs simply push thru the doors and they fall shut. No springs or latches necessary. No need for door to be open for hogs to push in.
