The SitBacker canoe seat is designed to fasten to canoe benches with a dual buckle strap system. BackComfort Technology adjusts the backrest to a comfortable position and the shoulder strap with Auto-Fold Technology makes it easy to open, close and carry. The padded, split contour seat is ideal for molded and flat canoe benches. The SitBacker also features a lumbar cushion, storage pocket and Portage Lock, which keeps the seat closed while carrying.

Comfortable and worth the money

I bought 2 of these over 20 years ago. They have held up better than expected. It looks like I may only get a couple more seasons out of them. The only issues is the fabric is starting to wear out where it attached to the metal frame. I will be buying another set for my wife and I.

A little skinny

When you sit in and lean back the sides tend to crimp up and put excess pressure on the legs. Otherwise great product. Definitely better than others I've tried!
