Comfortable chairs but won’t last!

We have purchased at least five of these chairs. While they are really comfortable to start, the bolts in the framing either break or fall out when you aren’t expecting and the chairs and the chairs just aren’t durable.

Hard to put together

I do love it but it takes a bit of time to put together since the seat is pretty tight when getting it on the poles. Didn’t get to have it for too long till someone stole it though :’(

Broken handle

The strap broke within a few months of using this product. I used it only a handful of times and kept it in the garage and it looks brand new. I contacted their warranty department and they offered a Velcro handle. Unless you plan on carrying your chair with two hands everywhere you go, I wouldn’t buy it!
