Took about an hour to assemble and I had to tighten every clamp. I used a vacuum to remove small pieces of plastic inside the bottom of the tank. I sprayed 5 acres in about 6 hours.

I just got it this week and built it zero problems and ran two full tanks through with glyphosphate and blue dye. It works great. I used the boom extended. Boom folded. Plus the gun. It works real good. Had the drain cap leaking but seem to fixed that with teflon tape on the threads. I’d recommend this sprayer. I have 2acres of yard.
